Floor screed for residential and commercial buildings — poured flat, measured dry, handed over ready for the floor layer.

  • Underfloor heating screed
  • Moisture testing
  • Renovation work

What we lay

Cement and anhydrite screed

Bonded, floating or on a separating layer. We pour the build-up the floor actually needs and tell you the drying time it brings with it.

Underfloor heating screed

Screed over the heating layout with the correct cover depth above the pipes, followed by a functional heat-up and a written heating log.

Insulation and impact-sound layers

Insulation boards butted tight and perimeter strips set at every wall and column before anything wet goes down — no sound bridges at the edges.

Levelling and smoothing

Flatness worked to the straight edge and checked by laser, with smoothing compound where the finish demands it — vinyl, resin or large-format tile.

Moisture testing and drying

CM measurement taken before handover, plus forced drying and dehumidifiers when the site programme leaves no room to wait.

Repair and renovation screed

Cracked or hollow-sounding areas cut out and re-poured, old subfloors levelled, fast-setting screed where a room has to go back into use.

What you can ask for by name

Every job is priced on the plan and the build-up — these are the packages people call about.

Send the floor plan and the build-up detail and you get a written quote on it, area by area.

How a job runs

  1. You send the plan

Floor plan or build-up detail, the covering that goes on top, and roughly when the area will be ready for us. A short message is enough to start.

  2. Site visit and measure

We check the subfloor, finished floor heights, pipe runs and how the material gets in. Whatever has to come out is written down, not discovered later.

  3. Written quote

Area, screed type, thickness, build-up and the pour dates we can hold. Nothing starts before you have it in writing.

  4. Pour and drying

Mixing plant or pump set up, each area poured in one run where the layout allows, then drying watched and measured rather than guessed.

  5. Handover

Flatness and residual moisture checked, joints cut, area swept and released to the floor layer with the readings on paper.

What clients say

★★★★★
Turned up on the day we agreed, poured three floors in two visits and left the perimeter strips trimmed properly. The tiler had nothing to complain about.
Markus
★★★★★
I specify a lot of heated screed and the heat-up log always comes back filled in. That alone saves me a week of chasing.
Anja
★★★★☆
Old kitchen floor was hollow in half the room. They cut it out, re-poured it and told me straight how long I had to wait before laying vinyl.
